Mark Sykes is an experienced real estate professional and Associate Broker with Samson Properties, serving buyers, sellers, investors, and aspiring homeowners throughout the Baltimore Metropolitan Area and surrounding Maryland communities.

With more than 20 years of experience in real estate, sales, business development, and project management, Mark brings a strategic and people-first approach to every transaction. His experience includes residential sales, new construction, investment properties, property development, and entrepreneurial commercial opportunities.

Mark understands that buying or selling a home is more than a transaction—it is an important financial and personal decision. He takes the time to understand each client’s goals, explain the process in plain language, and develop a clear strategy designed to help them make informed and confident decisions.

Mark holds an MBA, a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration and Community Health, and the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
